Our People

Steve Czarnecki joined the staff in October 2016. He brings nearly 20 years of non-profit management experience to the position.  Most recently, Steve served as Executive Director of USA Racquetball, where he currently serves as Treasurer of the Board.  He also spent more than 13 years managing the charitable programs of the United States Golf Association.  Having worked in Programming at Dish Network, Steve brings valuable Fortune 200 for profit experience to the organization.  A graduate of the University of Missouri, Steve holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management as well as an MBA.  An accomplished executive and an engaged youth sports parent, Steve and his wife, Rosanna, have two children.
